What is the warranty on service and service parts?
All Morcor Computer Service work comes with a 15 day Warranty of any defects. Laptop Screen Replacements come with a 6 Month warranty. Service parts; other then hardware; comes with a 30 day Warranty of any mfg defects.
Used service parts come with a 15 day warranty of any mfg defects.
What is the warranty policy on purchased items?
All Hardware come with a minimum one-year manufacturer warranty.
Some Motherboards come with a 2 or 3 Year Manufacture warranty. Most Monitors have a 3 Year* Manufacture warranty *Check instore on this.
Morcor Systems come with a 1 Year In-Shop warranty. Laptops & All-In-Ones come with a 1 Year Manufacture warranty.
All used parts come with a 7 day Warranty guarantee of any manufacturer defects.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
We provide flexible financing options to help you manage your purchase comfortably.
How often do you update your pricing?
Prices are reviewed every 30 days. But due to daily price fluctuations; we cannot guarantee the prices on our pricesheets. As well due to volitile price changes. All memory & Storage prices are for reference and can change when cashing out. Always best to call or message us for the days prices.
Are you a retail store or online only?
We are a Physical retail store located at 20 Hartzel Road Unit # 7, Centennial Plaza St.Catahrines, Ontario, Canada L2P-1M3. We also offer online ordering and can ship to anywhere in Canada Only.
Can I return or exchange products if I’m not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a 15-day return policy on in-stock items, subject to terms and conditions. Special order items can only be exchanged or repaired. All custom Morcor Systems can only be repaired and/or replaced.
